Manaal Relief Foundation

MRF is an independent women and youth-led Non-profit Organization and Non-governmental organization dedicated to providing humanitarian aid, protection, education, and healthcare and community empowerment to Refugees, Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs), Displaced people and underprivileged local Somali communities to achieve peace, security, equality, social justice and socio-economic development.

MRF was established and registered in 2008 and its main office based in the city of Garowe, Somalia with field and regional/state offices.

MRF’s Mission is committed to promoting youth and women’s rights in peace, security, protection, social justice and sustainable development by empowering and capacity-strengthening through advocacy, peacebuilding, education, training and socio-economic development.

MRF organization is actively involved in Humanitarian relief, Peace, Security, Women, Protection, Peacebuilding, Conflict Prevention and Early warning, Social Justice and Reconciliation, Counter Violent Extremism, Human rights advocacy, Women and youth empowerment, Migration, Integration, Refugees, IDPs, Displaced Communities, Camp Coordination and Camp Management (CCCM), HealthCare, WASH, Shelter, Food Security and Sustainable development in Somalia were affected by conflict, droughts, transition and closed political space.
